SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

These Subscription Terms are part of the agreement between you and APH Services LLC (“Ykards”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and supplement our Terms and Conditions of Use and Money‑Back Policy.
1. Free trial
- A 7‑day free trial applies to new members (the exact trial length shown at checkout prevails and may change for future sign‑ups).
- Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription starts automatically on Day 8 and the introductory charge below becomes payable.
2. Billing & automatic renewal

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel (see § 4).
3. Payment method
- You must provide a valid payment method at sign‑up (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
- You authorise us and our processors to charge all applicable fees and taxes.
- If a payment fails, we may retry, suspend or cancel your membership (see Terms of Use).
4. Cancellation
- Cancel any time by:
- emailing help@ykards.com, or
- using the cancellation web form linked in your welcome email (or here).
- Cancellation stops future renewals but you retain access and card benefits until the end of the current paid period.
- Deleting emails or ignoring charges does not cancel the subscription.
5. Limited‑time £15 Welcome Refund
Occasionally we run a £ 15 Welcome Refund promotion:
- The banner is tied to your browser session and is valid for 10 minutes (“Offer Window”).
- If you complete sign‑up within the Offer Window and keep the membership past the trial, you may request the £ 15 Welcome Refund after the first rebill (Day 8) by emailing help@ykards.com.
- Once verified, we credit £ 15 directly to your Ykards Card balance (not to your bank card) within seven (7) business days.
- One refund per customer; cancelling during the free trial voids the offer.
6. Price or term changes
- We may change subscription fees or billing intervals, giving you at least 14 days’ notice by email.
- If you disagree, cancel before the new price takes effect; otherwise the new rate applies on the next renewal.
7. Refunds & 30‑day Money‑Back Guarantee
- Except as required by law, all charges are non‑refundable.
- The first paid charge (introductory month) is covered by our 30‑day Money‑Back Guarantee—see the Money‑Back Policy for eligibility and how to claim.
- After 30 days, no refunds or credits are issued for partial periods or unused time.
8. Right of withdrawal (EU/UK residents)
You have 14 days after the first paid charge to withdraw without reason under consumer law. Details and a model form are in the Money‑Back Policy.
If you requested immediate service supply and acknowledged losing the withdrawal right, only a proportional refund (or none) may be due.
9. Chargebacks
Please contact help@ykards.com first; we usually resolve issues faster than a chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in account termination.
10. Changes to these Subscription Terms
We may update these Terms. Material updates will be signalled by a new “Last updated” date and, where required, notice by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
