1. Acceptance of these Terms
1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ykards website and closed‑loop digital‑card membership programme (the “Service”) operated by APH Services LLC, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, USA (“Ykards”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2 By submitting the card‑creation form, starting a free trial, paying the subscription or depositing funds, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1.3 These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Information, Subscription Terms and Money‑Back Policy and Cardholder Agreement. Precedence : (i) Cardholder Agreement, (ii) Subscription Terms, (iii) Money‑Back Policy, (iv) these Terms.
2. Key definitions

Welcome Refund | Limited‑time £15 credit added to the Card balance (not to your bank card) after the first rebill, on request, when the banner is displayed. |
Offer Window | Ten (10) minutes from first display of the Welcome Refund banner in your browser session. |
3. Regulatory status & safeguarding
3.1 The Card is issued by Park Card Services Ltd (FRN 900016), authorised by the UK Financial Conduct Authority under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011. Ykards is an authorised distributor.
3.2 Funds loaded to the Card are electronic money (e‑money) held in safeguarded accounts and not protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).
3.3 The Card is a closed‑loop product: balances can only be spent with participating merchants and cannot be redeemed to a bank account except where the law strictly requires it.
4. Ordering & activation
- Step 1 – Free trial: start your 7‑day trial on ykards.com.
- Step 2 – Card creation form: during the trial, complete the card‑creation form (ykards.com/request-you‑card).
- Step 3 – Activation: after we receive the form and your trial converts to a paid subscription, our agents will generate and email your digital Card details within five (5) UK business days. Identity verification (KYC) may be required.
Failure to submit the form prevents card issuance and Cashback.

6. Deposits & Cashback Bonus
6.1 Each Deposit earns an immediate 10 % Cashback Bonus.
6.2 Total bonus value is capped at £ 100 per calendar month.
6.3 Artificial splitting of Deposits or other attempts to bypass the Cap, or fraud, may result in bonus claw‑back and/or termination.
7. Limited‑time £15 Welcome Refund
- Eligibility banner – The £15 offer appears only in specific ads/landing pages.
- 10‑minute Offer Window – Complete sign‑up within 10 minutes of the banner’s first display; the session expires thereafter.
- Request process – After your 7‑day trial ends and the introductory charge is processed, email [email protected] (or use the link in your welcome email) to claim the Welcome Refund.
- Credit method – Once eligibility is verified, £15 is added to your Card balance (appearing alongside Cashback) within seven (7) business days.
- One Welcome Refund per customer/household. Cancelling during the trial voids the promotion.
8. Using the Card
- The digital Card can be used online only with the ~140 participating UK merchants listed here.
- No cash withdrawal, foreign currency, gambling, crypto or illegal transactions.
- Treat Card details like cash; if you suspect compromise, change your credentials and contact [email protected].
9. Your responsibilities & acceptable use
Provide accurate data, comply with KYC requests, keep credentials confidential and treat staff courteously. Prohibited conduct includes resale, money‑laundering, scraping, reverse‑engineering, or exploiting the Cashback Bonus.
10. Automatic renewal & cancellation
Subscription renews every 30 days. Cancel anytime via email or web form; use continues until period end. Introductory‑month refunds are governed by the Money‑Back Policy.
11. Programme changes
We may adjust merchant list, fees, Cashback Bonus or these Terms.
- Material changes – 30 days’ email notice; you may cancel before they take effect.
- Minor/regulatory changes – effective on posting.
12. End of membership & balance use
Balances can only be spent with participating merchants; they cannot be cashed out (except if mandatory law requires). Should the programme terminate, we will give 60 days’ notice and provide a compliant solution for remaining e‑money.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE AND CARD ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE. Merchant list, bonus rules and promotions may change.
14. Limitation of liability
Our total liability is limited to the greater of (i) subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim or (ii) £ 100. Indirect or consequential losses are excluded. Nothing limits liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us for losses arising from your breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity.
16. Governing law & dispute resolution
- Governed by English law (mandatory consumer rights preserved).

- Unresolved disputes: binding arbitration under NAM Comprehensive Rules; opt‑out allowed within 30 days of acceptance.
- Class actions are waived. UK/EEA consumers may alternatively use local courts.
17. Miscellaneous
If any clause is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms without notice; you may not. Electronic notices satisfy legal‑notice requirements.
